Solution Engineer / Sales Engineer
Position Description
API Fortress is looking for a Sales/Solution Engineer to help their efforts in sales, customer support, and product vision. We are growing quickly and are looking for someone that wants to grow with the company. The job entails:
Responsibilities
- Perform platform demonstrations for potential customers
- Work with the CTO to define product roadmap
- Customer training
- Create videos and online content to help users with problems or to understand features
- Help create support documentation
- Build integrations and connectors to other tools and platforms
We’re a growing team and you’ll be wearing multiple hats in sales, support, and product. We’re looking for someone that can understand the nuances of the product and is a problem solver. This is a customer facing role so communication and professionalism are a must.
Nice to Have Skills
- Basic coding experience
- API experience
- Containers (Docker, Kubernetes, and Open Shift)
Ultimately, we are looking for someone that has pride in their job. We can train you, but can’t teach you to work hard and want to take a company from 12 to 120.
